The CellaCombustion PA 17 measures at a special wavelength at which hot, carbon-containing combustion gases have a high optical density and thus good radiation properties. The pyrometer is used to measure the temperature of hot CO2 gases in combustion chambers of incineration processes, power plants and waste incineration plants. The depth of view depends on the CO2 concentration of the hot gas. With the help of the focusable optics and the see-through sight or video camera, the CellaCombustion PA 17 can be precisely aligned with the measuring point.
